Position Overview: This is an entry-level, full-time position. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our business development initiatives and maintaining quality assurance standards. Flexibility is essential, as this role also requires the ability to assist across various departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the business development in researching leads, tracking outreach, and preparing proposals or reports.
• Assist in monitoring and improving internal quality assurance processes and documentation.
• Perform data entry, administrative support, and cross-functional tasks across departments.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and assist with audits or internal reviews.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure high service quality and consistent follow-through.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.).
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Must be able to work on-site at our Palm Coast, FL location.
• Flexibility to assist in multiple departments as needed.
• Previous experience with Monday.com would be p[referred, but not required.
